C'est un trichocère
Il s'agit de Trichocera forcipula. Le trichocère à forceps ou à pince = nom vernaculaire en français. (Diptera, Nematocera ; Tipulomorpha, Tipulidoidae, Trichoceridae). espèce forcipula.

Je ne suis pas d'accord pour forcipula, les génitalia sont beaucoup plus court et épais qu'ici.
