Je viens d’avoir une nouvelle reponse de Bugguide sur ce sujet qui a modifié l’espèce par Heptagenia solitaria

Hi Laurent,

This female imago is generally too dark for Heptagenia elegantula and the tergal markings are not found in that species. I was leaning toward H. pulla for this specimen until I took a closer look at the dorsal view. Although the wings obscure part of it, you can see a narrow purplish median stripe between the wings, toward the front of the abdomen. That is not found in either H. pulla or H. elegantula, but it is found in H. solitaria.

Traduction :

Cet imago femelle est généralement trop foncé pour Heptagenia elegantula, et les marques tergales ne sont pas présentes chez cette espèce. J'avais penché pour H. pulla pour ce spécimen jusqu'à ce que j'examine de plus près la vue dorsale. Bien que les ailes masquent une partie de la partie dorsale, on peut observer une étroite bande médiane violacée entre les ailes, vers l'avant de l'abdomen. On ne la retrouve ni chez H. pulla ni chez H. elegantula, mais on la trouve chez H. solitaria.
